What should I bring for Panhellenic Primary Recruitment?

Wondering what to keep in your bag for Recruitment week? Here are a few of our recommendations to help you during your long days on Sorority Row!

Designer Bags? (NO NEED!): You won’t be able to take anything into the sorority houses, so leave your nice purse or bag in your room. Your bag will be lying on the grass outside and it may rain while you’re inside attending parties. Keep that in mind when deciding what bag to bring with you during recruitment.

The Essentials:

• Handheld fan (we suggest charging this every single night - it can be very hot outside during the days)

• Comfy shoes (for the days you’re walking between chapter houses and are wearing wedges or heels)

• Towel (if you have to sit in the grass or on the sidewalk)

• Rain jacket/Umbrella (we suggest bringing this as a pre-caution - better to be prepared!)

• Pen/Pencil (to take notes in your Greek Chic)

• Portable charger

• Reusable water bottle

• Sunglasses

• Snacks

• Mints (no gum in the houses)

• Tampons/Pads

• Bandaids

• Safety pins

• Tissues

• Advil

• Deodorant

• Hair ties

• Perfume

• Chapstick/Lip gloss

• Other makeup or hair products
